STEPS TO COMPLETE OFFLINE TRAINING
1 Print out the Register for the course (only for 5 or more employees)
2. Watch Video
3. Print Out Test (must score 80%)
4. Scan all documents to Scott@OPC.net
STEP 1. Have Employee Complete the registration if more then one person are taking the class.
STEP 2. Watch Video - ***This must be downloaded***

STEP 3. Download & Print Test out. Have the employee(s) complete test
STEP 4. Once you have the completed Test and Roster sheet (if used) signed Send any and all documents to the Safety Department at Scott@OPMB.net
